How to Achieve a Cinematic Film Look with WideScreen Bars in Adobe Premiere Pro (CC Tutorial)

In this Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Tutorial I will demonstrate an easy way to create a cinematic film look with black widescreen bars. NOTE this just one method used for style, but if you want your whole project to be actually wide screen you can export in that sequence size and allow the monitor or player to letterbox as needed.
